Faced with an impending deadline to raise capital, Investors Equity, LLC Milwaukee, WI turned to Acuminum to produce the investor offering for a large mixed-used development located in New Berlin, WI. Acuminum answered the call and within 3 days produced a 50 page document and then delivered the finished copy to the client's home in time for a presentation the next day. Because of our extensive knowledge of this product type, we were able to provide much of the needed information that might otherwise be required by the client. We were even able to make some suggestions on several of the deal points that increased the potential value of the investment. This saved the client considerable time, effort and money.

Amoung other things, the finished document contained an overview of the property including a detailed site plan, an overview of the market and nearby submarkets including detailed demographics, a leasing analysis of nearby product and a detailed financial analysis of the investment.

In short, the document contained everything that an investor or a lending institution might need in order to determine the suitability of the investment. As a result, Investors Equity was able to raise the several hundred thousand dollars that was needed and the project is now well on it's way!
